I love smoothies! They are so delicious, and with so many options for ingredients they can be healthy and filling, too. My little Peanut and I drank this Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie and munched on my Triple Berries and Cream Muffins and it was the perfect mid-morning snack.

Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
I like to slice up a banana and keep it in the freezer. They are perfect for adding to smoothies, like this one!
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.
