This is my second Mother's Day. I found this Mother's Day craft and I just love how it uses traced cutouts of both the hands and feet.
I can't get enough of documenting my little Peanut's growth. This is a perfect project for a sentimental sap like me!
Below is a free printable of the verse and flower frame for this craft so you can make this to remember your little one's cute fingers and toes. Just right click and save it, then open it up and print!
I just cut out the verse and flower frame so I could have the project on colored paper.
I wanted my pictures to be bold and colorful, so I used green cardboard box flaps for the feet leaf cutouts.
For the hands I used colorful tissue boxes. You could use scrapbook paper or construction paper to fit the look you want.
My little Peanut was surprisingly cooperative while I traced her hands and feet. I was totally expecting her to throw a fit. Happy surprise!
You could also use hand and foot prints in paint, but I opted for this less messy option.
I cut these adorable kiddos' pictures out of a catalog. I'm getting Peanut's pictures printed tomorrow. :)
I think Mimi is going to love getting one of these for Mother's Day!
Are you a sentimental mother like me? My little girl is only one and a half and I'm already reminiscing about back when she "was" a baby!
